Our mission is to deliver superior balance bikes and a proven curriculum to organizations that wish to teach young children, individuals with special needs, and the elderly, how to ride.


We love riding bikes, and we love inspiring kids to ride. Learning to ride a bike builds the confidence that changes everything! Riding increases health and happiness, expands opportunities, and creates a can-do attitude that is critical for all areas of life. Unfortunately, not everyone has the opportunity and access to the right bike to learn this skill. Apply now to receive Strider Bikes and the proven Learn-To-Ride curriculum.

The Strider Education Foundation is a South Dakota 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation whose primary purpose is to distribute Strider Balance Bikes to children and individuals with mental, physical, or financial need through organizations committed to teaching them how to ride.

The proven Strider Learn-To-Ride curriculum is a program dedicated to teaching people of all abilities the balance needed to enjoy a lifetime of riding adventure.

Organizations eligible to receive Strider Balance Bikes and the Learn-To-Ride curriculum are other 501(c)(3) organizations and not-for-profit government entities.
